A website is not a thing you build once. The software it runs on gets updates every few weeks, and most of those updates exist because someone found a security hole. Skip them for a year and you have a site that is easy to break into.

The failures are rarely dramatic. A contact form quietly stops sending. A plugin update breaks the booking page on phones. The SSL certificate expires and every visitor gets a warning telling them your site is unsafe. Most business owners find out because a customer mentions it, which means it was broken for a while before anyone noticed.

That is what these plans are for. We watch the site, apply the updates, keep the backups, and deal with the problems. You get on with your work.

Every 30 days we run a full check of your site and send you the report. It is the same check we run on our own site, and it covers the things that quietly stop people finding you:

• Pages that return errors or have stopped loading
• Links that point at pages which no longer exist
• Missing or duplicated page titles and descriptions
• How fast your pages load, on phones as well as desktop
• Whether Google can actually read and index your pages
• How readable your writing is for the people you are selling to

You get the report itself, in plain English, so you can see what changed since last month. It is generated automatically, which is why we can include it rather than charge for it separately.
