MalTar Designs LLC provides the following services:

  • Monthly website maintenance plans

Monthly Maintenance Plans

We offer three subscription tiers for ongoing website maintenance:

  • Starter, at $50 per month
  • Professional, at $100 per month
  • Business, at $150 per month

Plan features are described in detail on our pricing page. All plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe.

Payment and Billing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. By subscribing to a plan, you authorize MalTar Designs LLC to charge your payment method on file at the start of each billing cycle. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current and accurate.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will continue to have access to your plan until that date. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom designs and code created specifically for their project. MalTar Designs LLC retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the start of a project.

Limitation of Liability

MalTar Designs LLC provides all services "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of New York.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
